There are a certain number of things we can do to prevent the flu from infecting our healthy body. Wash your hand regularly with soap and warm water or some alcohol base sanitizers. Resist the temptation to touch your itchy eye, nose and mouth unless you know your hand has been properly sanitized. Refrain from coughing, but if you need to cough make sure you cover your cough with a tissue and properly dispose it in a safe place, then wash your hand properly afterwards. If vaccine is available make sure you have them taken. Avoid going to work, school or any public place if you are sick.

If you already have been infected with the flu, go to your doctor and ask for an antiviral as it can treat and prevent you from swine flu.
